Five 9s Digital Advises on Data Center Investment in Eagan, MN

Five 9s Digital provided advisory services on behalf of an investment group in the acquisition of a 90,000 SF, single-tenant Tier III data center located in Eagan, MN. The data center was acquired by an institutional investment group which inherited a new, long term lease with DataBank, a colocation, managed services and cloud operator. DataBank leased the full building with infrastructure deployment and facility opening in July of 2015.

With the addition of DataBank, the City of Eagan has continued its success in building upon its robust corporate and technology-based community as part of the Minneapolis-St.Paul metropolitan, adding to other data center operations in the City including Blue Cross-Blue Shield, Thomson Reuters, and Delta Airlines.
